Dr. Ross graduated with her Ph.D. in 2017 from Florida State University. She completed her internship with the Atlanta VA Medical Center. She is a licensed psychologist who works in various roles within RBHealth. Dr. Ross has worked in the mental health and educational fields since 2000 and has over 15,000 hours of clinical work experience as a psychologist.
Director: RBHealth is an organization that is focused on education, treatment, advocacy, and expanding how mental health treatment is sought and received by moving away from the traditional "in-office" model and incorporating the use of movement and physical engagement into the work of psychotherapy.
Treatment Provider: Dr. Ross works with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults. She enjoys assisting clients with problems and distress associated with ADHD, trauma, personal growth and development, gender dysphoria, psychological assessments, and executive coaching/self-improvement work.
Educator: Dr. Ross provides educational workshops to groups (schools, businesses, parent groups, etc.) to promote awareness and support on a variety of issues such as advocating for educational rights for children/adults with disabilities (504 Plans/IEPs), parent education on how to manage the stress associated with ADHD in the home/work/school environment, improved interpersonal communication skills, and how to approach change in a systematic way.
Industry/Organization Work: Dr. Ross is partnering with local companies to improve the success of large-scale transitions and project management within established organizations and companies by incorporating behavioral health techniques to mitigate anxiety, communication problems, and stress through organizational transitions and restructuring.
Forensic Work: Dr. Ross served as an evaluator for the QEN (Qualified Evaluator Network with Magellan) to provide assessment services for children in the care and custody of the Department of Children and Families. She presently works with Division of Disability Determinations with the Florida Department of Health.
